My highly possible dream house

This weekend will be attending my colleague’s wedding and then go house hunting. Went to Saujana Utama last weekend as I have mentioned earlier. The show houses is super nice. Good neighbourhood. But all Regal houses already sold out and they have not start work on the latest phase which is the Greenwood houses. But the show house looks nice though I don’t really fancy the middle void design.

Will be going to see Alam Budiman and Desa Coalfield this saturday. I am very partial to Alam Budiman to be specific the Bayu series but I have a feeling it’ll be quickly sold out like Saujana Utama. Since my parents want us to get married first before getting the house then need to put the house buying plan on hold meaning won’t be getting the house now but later after the wedding. Still I am worried that house prices will go much higher with the looming economic meltdown.

Or would the price go down? Since no one will buy?

Dream house

We are going house hunting after raya. Yeah!! Based on what ohanaya-san’s colleague suggestion – we’re going to have a look at Mutiara Subang and Bandar Kinrara. My auntie suggested Bandar Saujana Utama since there’s the possibility of me working in Hospital sungai Buloh but Ohanaya-san thinks it is too out of the way.

Dream kitchen

My dream furnitures

Ikea already putting up it’s new 2009 catalogue. Saw a few things that I like. Black wood furnitures are LUV!!!!

And yes I want that couch in brown or maroon red… Simple but comfy. LOL.
